Six Week Challenge is COMING!!!!

It is almost SUMMER! Get your bathing suit body ready by joining our six week challenge.

What do you get?

  • Six Weeks of Training (2 Small group classes a week, an hour long each, for six weeks!);
  • An additional class of your choice for FREE (non-monthly members);
  • Nutrition Talks and information;
  • Before/After weight and measurements;
  • Personal trainer for your team that will gladly assist you along the way; and
  • Individualized Goals and a trainer to help you achieve them!

How much is it?

  • $175 non-monthly members
  • $125 monthly members

When is it?

  • April 28-June 6
  • 2x a week
  • BEGINNING weigh-ins, April 26 and April 27- 11:00-12:00

Times Available

  • Monday/Wednesday 6:00P.M. with BRIAN (4 SPOTS AVAILABLE)
  • Tuesday/Thursday 8:45A.M. with JOHN (6 SPOTS AVAILABLE)
  • Monday/Friday 5:15P.M. with KIM (3 SPOTS AVAILABLE)

OPEN GYM

Still want to get that work out in on Sunday? Well you have NO EXCUSE!

  • Every Sunday from 11am to 1pm SPF offers “OPEN GYM”.

  • During this time there is an instructor at SPF and a workout on the board.  Come in and do your warm up, workout, and stretch on your own.

  • If you need some help with the workout ask the instructor.

  • You can also come in and work on your skills or do your own workout.

  • Open gym is FREE for monthly members, 1 punch for 10 class punch card members, and $15 for walk-ins.
