Certifications: AAAI-Master step, group fitness, personal trainer, Kettle Bell Athletics instructor certification, Training Room instructor cert., IKFF level 2 and level 1 certs, KB sport instruction.
Peter has been instructing for over 20 years; being involved in all different types of programs including beginners step and circuit fitness for all ages, beginner Kettlebell programs, hard style and sport Kettlebell programs, and introduction to Kettlebell Sport, but always concentrating on Personal Training and Group fitness. During the past 12 years, his focus has been on endurance, core strength and Kettlebells – incorporating all three into his fitness classes.
In 2012, Peter began training and competing in Kettlebell sport, where he placed 1st in his division in Long Island City, NY in 2013 and placed 2nd in the Worlds Competition in 2014 at the REBOK Center, NYC. Peter also competed in the Beach Bells tournament in Avon-By-The-Sea, NJ, where he achieved his first national ranking in 2014. Peter continues to train and compete in both the AKA and IKFF events throughout the country.
Today, Peter has numerous students that he trains and who train with him to compete in Kettlebell tournaments. Additionally, Peter conducts group fitness classes of all types, trying to keep them different, interesting, challenging, but most importantly, FUN!
