There is a $10 fee that will be applied to your account for any No Show or Late Cancel.
A Late Cancel will be applied if you do not cancel your class registration at least 1 hour prior to class start time.
Please contact the chat widget at www.shorepointfitness.com for any extenuating circumstances where you are unable to cancel class within the appropriate time frame to avoid the late fee charge.
2. Class Registration and Check-In
Classes become available for registration 3 days in advance.
Class registration closes 1 hour prior to class start time.
Please check-in for class at the kiosk next to the front desk or on the member app. If you forget to check-in, the system will record you as a No Show. You can reach out to the chat widget at www.shorepointfitness.com to speak with a team member about checking you in for class.
It is the member’s responsibility to check themselves in for class. Coaches will assist as a courtesy; however, the member must ensure they are checked in.
3. Inclement Weather/Low Registration
Shore Point Fitness reserves the right to cancel a class due to inclement weather and/or low registration. All announcements regarding class cancellations will be posted in “Social” on the member app and on the Shore Point Fitness Members-Only Facebook page.
A class will be canceled if fewer than two people are registered for class when the class registration window closes (1 hour prior to class start time).
4. Membership Pause
A member can pause their membership for up to 3 consecutive months under certain circumstances.
Membership dues will resume automatically at the 3-month mark.
It is the member’s responsibility to make outreach to Shore Point Fitness to edit/manage their return date(s).

5. Membership Cancellation
To request to cancel your membership, please click “Membership Cancellation” at the bottom of any page of our website: www.shorepointfitness.com.
All cancellations will be processed 30 days after your request.
If your membership fee is due within the 30 days, you will be charged for the additional month and will continue to have membership access during that time.
6. Housekeeping
Please be sure to wipe down and return all equipment used to its original location at the end of class.
